First 5K - DONE!!!
Three months ago, I started the C25K program and could barely run 5 minutes before getting winded. Two weeks ago, I bit the bullet and signed up for my first 5k - a Cross Country Turkey Trot. And today? I -RAN- that sucker...the entire 3+ miles...and finished in 35:07! Not too bad for a first-timer! :)

Sometimes I make myself...
...eat more veggies, just so I can justify having more of the delicious dip that goes with them! I can't help that hummus is amazing!

I suffer from metabolism envy.
We all know at least one person who can seemingly eat whatever they want, eat as much of it as they want, eat it whenever they want, never participate in any physical activity whatsoever...and still maintain their weight. My co-worker is just such a person. She's about 5'6" & weighs probably 115 lbs soaking wet. She…
