I have been on MFP for over a year. I lost 46 pounds and then a lot happened in my life. I am gettting back on track now though. I only gained back 10 pounds. I am 24 years old. I made them! They came out really yummy. I wouldn't use the cupcake papers though. They stuck to them and I had a really hard time peeling them off and I had to scrape them with a knife. I love this. We call it a 3, 2, 1 cake. (3 Tablespoons cake mix, 2 Tablespoons Water, 1 minutes to cook) I make it for my girls all the time too. I did mine with the Angel cake and with Lemon Cake. YUMMY!
