  • I think Shakeology is a waste of money. I use muscle tech from walmart and click esspresso protein from amazon.com. it cost me 40 a month. It is delicious and very filling.

  • I am interested in doing a juicing diet. I have issue with binge eating and I read that it can help stop the need to binge! I cannot find anything specific on juicing though!
  • Some people do it 30 days in a row. After doing Insanity you will find it is a lot easier!

  • After my first 20 pounds were gone. I looked at a picture of me before and then after. I have lost over 40 pounds and I still don't "see" the difference. I still have a lot of belly fat to get rid of. I know my clothes fit better. I'm 3 sizes smaller but it is hard to wrap my head around it sometimes.
