Brush my teeth and eat nothing... I have found that fruits make me hungrier... so if I'm really really hungry still, yoghurt is my to-go food.

I try to do 500-600 DD and 1200-1400 UD. Although due to hectic schedule and lots of flying around it was hard to keep it up... still is. Waiting for my routine to get back to normal and then Ill concentrate more on what and when I eat, but since I'm still losing, Im aiming at those numbers.

I used to do what @tequila09 does - the uddd. Have done it for a year and a half before I got married and was at my lowest weight ever and actually felt great energy and health wise. Trying to get back to it.

I agree. Don't delete it. Also (if you ever plan to) don't "forget" to add things you've eaten or you werent supposed to eat. I used to do both before and I failed miserably.
