I'm 26 and still on the never-ending (it seems) journey to finally lose weight and shape up! Although I've never been overweight by a whole lot, but as I grow older, I've noticed that my body becomes much more flabby... I suppose its now or never at the moment :)

No, that wasn't me :) I only thought of it this mornig. Thanks for getting back so quickly! I think there's no rush to have it up and running this weekend, I mean we can always submit the previous numbers anyways. Plus, people are still joining. Thanks again!

I am not entirely sure what would the right answer be... but I personally don't. I never eat back the exercise calories, whether its DD or UD... mainly because Im never sure if my intake and exercise numbers are truly correct so I try to stay on the safe side.

Im 5'5 and my goal weight is around 115 (at 132 now, used to be 105 a couple of years back when lived a very healthy lifestyle). As I am classically pear shaped, I always look heavier than I actually am... so probably my bottomline would be 110 - Id look a healthy 115 :)

I did IF for 6 months a couple of years ago. Turned out to be great for my health too - according to my doctor after a very thorough check up. Trying to get back to it now. First week in at the moment.

I don't eat breakfast... I'm not a morning person and I feel absolutely no hunger until noon or early in the afternoon. I used to make myself eat breakfast as I thought this was the "normal" thing to do. But I never enjoyed the meals I had. Now I only eat when I'm hungry and I love my food.
