As long as you work out those calories and don't go out to eat regularly, you should be fine girl! Every bodies different and this app is set for the general public, some people lose weight faster than others, don't take this app too much to heart

I find that when you reach your plateau, you should eat less (not starve yourself) and push yourself a little harder. If you give yourself treats or have cheat days, cut out those too, you will lose the weight!!!!
