Yes I was and addict of the scale myself..lol..Just get rid of the scale and weigh your self at the doctors office. I only weigh myself when I see the nutritionist now...That or join a 12 step program lol...lol...

Here's the deal on brown rice, put 2 cups of rice soaking in water for about 20 mins to 30 mins to soften the rice. Now put the 2 cups rice and add 5 cups to boil.
