im not a swimmer but i try to ride a bike all week after work. sometimes i have to skip a day due to having to stay late at work and i always seem to perform better when i return back to riding as long as its only a day or two lapse. -stay safe!

I had a binge day after my g/f got back from vacation too. Just get back on track and maybe exercise a little bit more than your usual. Its ok to reward yourself every once in awhile...just try to stay away from bad influences and that'll make it easier to stay focused. (Motivational quotes on the fridge also help!)
