Wondering if THAT is my problem. I am always hungry lately too...and generally eat less than 40 gr of fat a day.

make a cauliflower pizza crust. I have done this and its excellent. I know the recipe is here on the site too!!

I have two meals a week, on the weekends, that are whatever I want, but still under 1500 calories. this is not a cheat DAY but a meal to eat what I want. this is according to Jackie Warners book, and so far, it is working for me.

I usually opt for a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, or grapes if i have them.

I cooked up a little stirfry this morning before work with onion, garlic, mushrooms, squash, brocolli, baby carrots. A little bit of orange ginger la-choy sauce cooked in it, and over rice.

I am 44, 5'4 and weigh 170. I would love to help you and help me at the same time. It IS hard to lose it. It seems I always do, then vacation comes, and the next 6 months are downhill untl, surprise, here I am again. I also have a larger frame, and actually look great at 155, but would love to be 145.

I just make sure that I have calories from my day left, then I will opt for a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, grapes or fruit, or a ww ice cream treat. That will usually do it. I usually go to bed relatively early too.

I was able to get up and have enough time before work to get in 2 miles on the treadmill. Makes for such an awesome day..and the calorie burn this morning was GREAT

I drink 32 oz a day. It does seem to help in my weight loss, plus I am not as hungry during the day. I also, drink without sugar or any type of sweetner.

I am about your frame and height. i am good at a size 8 personally. I say, if you are comfortable with where you are, and still able to enjoy things in moderation, then do so.
