You can do this!!! I did Couch to 5K last summer and just ran a half marathon. I ran/walked it but I did it. And I have run many 5k's, a 10k and a 15k. You don't have to be fast-I am not. Just get out there and keep moving!

One of my favorite breakfasts is leftover mashed sweet potato mixed with some cooked sausage. I make both ahead of time if needed and just heat them up. It's a little sweet and a little spicy.

I Crossfit and run. You need to find what works for you but what I do consistently is either an apple or banana with some almond butter before. Do you have a Costco or Sam's? The only thing I really stock up on is meat. I buy whatever healthy meat is on sale that week and it really helps the budget.
