43 and looking to stay strong and healthy add me if you like!! Lost focus for a bit but back on track!! I can see 50 calling my name and want to embrace it as strong as I can be!! I run 3 days, spin 3 days and want to start adding lifting in that mix!!

I will prepare my chicken breast before hand. I will place the marinade ( usually pepper,fresh garlic,lemon juice,olive oil,and mustard) in a ziploc bag and freeze. as it thaws it marinates and I pop it in oven or BBQ. delicious and always very juicy.

My only solution was to change my shoes. Stretching and rolling didn't work for me. Ice and heat them till they feel better.

I seen this happen at Universal studios in Orlando. I was so heartbroken for the woman. She took it in stride and laughed it off. I can only assume she was hurting inside. That could have been me. I was on my way up there and I vowed to never let that happen to me.

Walking led to running!!!! Keep it up and you'll get there :) I enjoy running some days more than others. it's the ultimate love hate relationship.

I turned 40 in October and reached my goal. I am focusing on improving my running and getting healthier by the day. I'm good with the exercise but being a healthy eater is a daily struggle. :) Add me if you like. 40 is great so far.

Why and when would you wear these? I've been running for a few years and have never seen these. I'm not a competitive runner mind you and have minimum equipment requirements. (ipod and a pair of good shoes)

Go for the distance. The more you run the better you will get. Once your comfortable running 10k then concentrate on pace.

Get fitted for running shoes. The right shoe makes all the difference.
