I'm a busy mom of 2 teens (15&13) and boy does life get hectic, I have managed to start running again daily and have gotten my diet under control for now. I believe that you need support to win this battle, and the more the merrier. I'll send a friend request :)

In the winter I try to get most of my water in the morning. I read somewhere to keep a large glass at your bedside and drink it first thing. I have been doing it this week and have been successful at reaching my water goals.

Oikos key lime greek yogurt. It's sinfully delicious. :) 160 yummy calories and lots of protein.

Veggie omelettes are my go to meal. Mushrooms, zucchini,peppers,spinach,tomatoes and parmesan cheese (20cal). Yummy and filling. Roughly 180 -200 cals for the whole meal :)

I wear my running shoes. Lots of cushioning :) I also do it in my basement but I have laminate flooring over the cement.

Agree with the exercise. It curbs the appetite. I'm really not hungry if I run before a meal. I have to force the calories in.

I've come to enjoy my red glow :) It proves to the world that I'm trying to get into shape and I'm quite proud of the effort. I find I have a nice glow throughout the day afterwards.

I don't think any creams work for stretch marks. I have learned to live with them. I wear a bikini and don't really care what anyone thinks. I tuck my apron into my bikini bottom lol.

:( Life stinks when your in pain. Delivering my daughter broke my tailbone and Boy is life hard when your back hurts. Yoga may be worth a try.

I'm stunned because I was a picky eater all my life until recently. My mom overcooked veg to almost a mash and most of them came out of a can. the internet introduced me to roasting veg and adding seasonings. (garlic,balsamic etc) It`s making sticking to the plan so much easier.

Do you exercise? I find when I've got a pretty good exercise schedule my energy levels are right up there.

Add it to everything :) I wilt it first then throw it in everything. Tomato sauces,stews,soups,omelettes. Raw in sandwiches and wraps instead of lettuce.My kids think it's fancy lettuce so score 1 for mom :)
