Vegan was definitely easy for me around europe, I kind of dropped the gluten free thing. Although, in my latest trip, I stayed a long time in holland and they had a tun of options (check out health food stores!). The hardest thing is language barriers. I packed Vega One packages with me, you can mix it with water so when…

Vega!! They have a sports performance protein which is 25gr for around 130 calories. Or they have their nutritional shake, which has 15gr but also fibre, probiotics, greens, and 50% of your recommended daily vitamins and minerals! Its plant based so it is so easy to digest, it also tastes amazing! You can mix it with…

I track my sugars. Little things add up, like a tsp in your coffee, or an extra piece of fruit. Grab some veggies instead of fruit (I'm not saying fruit is bad, but in moderation if you're watching sugars)! Make your own sauces, ect. Try unsweetened almond milks? Also avoid processed foods. Hope that helps!

For people saying they hate protein powder with water, try Vega sport performance protein (vanilla) in water, it tastes amazing! It's also a plant based protein :D

Thanks for all your tips and support everyone, it really means a lot to me <3

That stuff is not good for you. It's pretty much like drinking liquid chemicals - not good for your body! There are 'soda' like drinks that are made from all natural sweetener, like zevia. You should look into those :)

Some soy in your diet is okay, and Braggs definitely does not have enough soy to be harmful if you use a little bit everyday. It also claims to be GMO free, which is wonderful. If you're still uneasy about using it, there are also coconut aminos which are supposed to be the same idea, I've never tried them though.

Good for you for starting on this path! I suffer from anxiety as well. It is really hard to stay healthy and not turn to food and alcohol when life is hard, but you can do it! Good luck, I believe in you!

I work at a health food store where they are sold. I have yet to hear success stories. I personally believe there are better ways (that dont cost as much!) to loose weight. Everyone is different though, if you find they work for you - good! just make sure they're ones without all the bad caffeine added to them!

Thank you! Honestly, I have a goal weight (130 lbs) but for me it's about my health and feeling good! I've noticed how much my mood has improved when I eat healthy, and when I run! The weight loss is just an added bonus :)

Good for you!! Keep up the good work :)

Definitely!! Vitamin D and B vitamins are the very important when it comes to feeling energized and happy! You should feel better within a week (everyone is different thought!). I hope you feel better! Make sure you're taking 4-5000 IU's!

Thanks :)
