agree with Cbear017. That book changed my life. Stop thinking of it as quitting...for one thing. You'll stop smoking. Quitting implies you are missing out on something and you aren't! Yep, that's right! If you don't eat them, you are functioning on 845 calories for the day. They say you need minimally 1200 calories for your body just to perform every day functions. So you may experience tiredness or get sick easier, etc. etc. if its not getting the fuel it needs to function.

You could have tore something. Speaking from experience. You should get it checked out, because a small tear in the meniscus can lead to much bigger injuries if not taken care of. I ignored mine and did permanent damage to my meniscus! Ugh!
