  • Very delish and all natural. Its like a heavenly treat for only 100 calories. Costco has them, so do natural food stores. I order mine online because i love the different flavors available there. Yeah, they are expensive, but so worth it in my book.

  • Pilates! Amazing for lengthening your spine, tightening your torso, and improving posture. When I do Pilates, I become more conscious of my abs when I am doing other cardio exercises, and I think that helps overall.
