PB Fit is really good. You can get it to a similar consistency as real peanut butter, so I think it would be great on toast. I eat it on my bananas and it tastes just about the same.

So inspiring. Congrats all all you have achieved! Your family must be so proud!

Hi there, I just had a beautiful baby girl back in June and had some serious inflammation in my feet afterwards that caused me to not be able to walk or anything. It was awful! (planters fasciitis) I just recently got help and had some acupuncture done and now am mobile, thank God! I would love love love to have some…

Me too - we just started trying to get pregnant for the first time. Really need to lose 20lbs to be at a healthier weight, but 30-35lbs would be the best. Hoping the weight loss will support getting pregnant, as well as just to be a healthier mamma for the future. Would love support of people trying for the same thing!

Personally i got bored with it. I was into it for a couple weeks, but having such a focus on lower body didn't keep me engaged. The cardio didn't get my heart rate up high enough to burn lots of cals, like I was used to with Zumba. My set is for sale on ebay right now :blushing:

Going to the gym is intimidating for someone who doesn't know their way around. And I agree...i get in these ruts where i don't work out, and thinking about working out after an exhausting day at work is just the last thing i ever would want to do. When i get in those ruts, i have to dig my way out, and sometimes it takes…

Wow - so inspirational. You lost an entire boy band. All that hard work really paid off! You look fantastic, and you are rockin' my number 8! Congrats! :drinker:

There is a cookbook - Eating for Life - by Bill Phillips, who is the creator of Body for Life. They are really great, balanced, healthy recipes. I agree with @LauraMcCullou too...Pinterest is awesome and inspiring!

They are intended for walking in- at least the Reebocks I own are. However, i do remember reading that any other type of exercise in these shoes are not what they are not safe.

Having a good HRM has been the best investment!

Splurge - when i've been in these situations in the past, a little shock to the system would wake mine up and make the lbs start coming off again.

You made me tear up. What an awesome story, you should be so proud, not just of the physical changes but of the mental ones too. You look amazing girl, keep it up!

I think you have to get an invite from an existing member - i tried to request one directly too and it never came.

I switched from Lean Cuisines to the Safeway Eating Right meals after finding chicken gristle one too many times. They Safeway Eating Right's are more tasty, bigger portions, and lower sodium then the LC...and are CHEAP - 5/$10 (and sometimes 6/$10). In case you are looking at other options!
