i live in San Leandro and need to lose about 10 more pounds. lately i had just not taken care of my body feeding it bad stuff that needs to stop and it why i am here!!! :)

Hi i am 32 and weight 210 lbs. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. I want to lose these pound this year as it will harder to lose as i get older. I currently have one friend and we try to motivate each other but could a few more, add me! :smile: :)
