I had a reduction at that size and weight and it was the best thing I ever did for my self confidence and image. I wore expensive, good bras. Fantasie brand seemed to fit me the best. Now, I am still big chested at a 32DDD ( they grew back a bit) but it is much more manageable to exercise and find clothes.
