I don't really look at it as accountability as much as I see it as a motivator!! It's the best teacher out there for you! When I see a person winning this lifechanging path, I go look at what they are eating to help me change and win! Without all these wonderful people its a struggle for me.. thanks all :)

thanks for the great ideas i am gonna be losing 200+ and will be doing the suggestions.. Also, if you lose alot of weight of one my friends friend(lol) seriously, had sugery done to remove her skin and donated it to a burn unit.. I think this is a great and honorable gesture on her part.!! GLE!
