My GOAL is 133-135 I don't have too much more to go.. I'm 5'11" but I'm no longer in my 20's doesn't melt off like it used to.

CARDIO works for me.. Yes you should incorporate both.. however, when I go to the gym I literally run as much as I can for an hour or more. I do it first before I even lift weights.. yes I'm a sweaty mess, but If I don't do it right away I never will. I lost so many inches from cardio training.. then the weights help me…

I certainly do not use it as the bible either.. I know this... however it motivates me a little. I know how I have to eat and workout. I hit the gym daily and stay within calorie range. I really hope I can get to where I want to be in this time frame. Fingers crossed

YUP.. I'm 5'11" I used to be 133-135 Trying to get there again.. have a little bit more to go..But I'm also 45 so things have moved around here and there. I want to tone and feel better I will never be a waif so I'm not worried that other people think I don't need to diet. I do what makes me happy! Just like you woot woot

That is awesome.. I'm jealous. I played 3 years ago..by starting out with clinics then just started games but the place closed and then my team had other plans etc. NOW I'm set. This is a tennis club so I will go and really look forward to it. Hope to just have fun.

Right now I'm terrible.. lol but I don't care. I'm so glad I joined this tennis/golf club. I don't play golf.. hubby does..so it's great for both of us. I'm taking lessons in a couple of weeks and I can't wait. You should start again.. Great workout too. :)

Do not get frustrated.. I know I don't anymore!!! EVERYONE has different body types. You can have very similar women with the same height but have different body shapes and sizes. Just love the body you were born with. Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm so over it I refuse to do that anymore.
