This is the baseball time of year. My son plays until July. Sometimes I’m at the field for hours. I bring water and snacks however I Would love some suggestions for low calorie snacks. I bring veggies and fruit but I get a bit tired of that. Any other ideas for a grab and go that won’t destroy my calorie intake

Natures Valley Almond butter biscuits
I bought these for my 15 year old daughter to have for energy in the morning in case she runs late for breakfast. WELL.... I tried one. I wish I never did. I can no longer have these in my home for fear I will eat the entire box. Yes they are that good. Heaven in a box.

GRITS???
I understand by reading all the labels that grits are loaded with carbs.. ok.. but I'm very confused on the calorie content. I know that when cooked there is way more water than the actual grits. So I try to figure a cup of cooked grits.. but so many different calories come up. I'm just looking at plain white corn grits.

WOW scale hasn't moved
such a downer.. when the scale just stays the same. It's frustrating. It's just not possible for me to eat any less without feeling starved. I ran 4 miles yesterday and everyday.. I lift weights. I stay within my calorie range and well... give me a break already. SHEESH... OK now I mean BUSINESS!!!

Honestly when my babies were born.. I breastfed and lost soooooo much weight.. the pregnancy weight and then some. It was the best thing. Just wish I could still do that.. Problem solved.. ha ha ha

I have exactly 5 weeks...
Until my vacation. YES it's a warm climate so YES swimsuit weather. If MFP is accurate by stating that in 5 weeks I'll weigh ( so and so) I should be good. 5 weeks is a long time in the diet world. I WILL DO THIS!!!! MFP is my support!!!

30 days.
Today I hit that 30 day mark of MFP Logging and Staying within my calorie goal. Eating the right foods. Going to the gym. No alcohol. No pizza. No desserts. Etc. BAM!!!!
