Finding it difficult to get correct calorie counts for some food
for instance I'll put 6oz salmon and there may be 100 different salmon so I look for generic and again some say 200 calories up to 700?

The best way to track when eating at a restaurant
I do my best to track correctly but I know I will never be exact. However it is easiest to break up each piece of the meal? If I log it as (flounder almondine) for instance then I see all different brands come up. So how do I log this.. flounder then almonds with butter sauce?

A movie theatre at my gym..
I joined a gym that has an actual movie theatre...theatre speakers etc. and they replaced the movie stadium seating with cardio machines. Quite cool.. definitely makes time go quickly. Confused about calories in a hamburger patty
I went to the butcher bought hamburger patties. they were each 8oz.. but when I try to find the calories.. it says when it's cooked it's 6oz is this true.. the calories are all different.. some say 640 calories others 420 calories.. that's a big difference. HELP. I put it over lettuce no bun

Two pounds a week? Reasonable?
This is my goal. I know sometimes weight loss can suddenly halt. However, is this considered reasonable? I know if you weigh less it's harder to say two pounds a week. Of course this is only if you are eating right and exercising. I know it takes so much to lose one pound..but I am determined to do this..

Sodium
Trying to stay away from carbs. So when I look for snacks or filling meals They are usually something with too much sodium. Example. Pickles, or soup. Chicken broth. What other snacks could I chose??? Cheese has too much fat etc.

hubs and I go out a lot.. we have a lot of friends and are always doing something. Question about logging in your exercise
I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and workout for 2 hours. Running included in this. When I log I put the running in the cardio then add strength training.
