MEAL PREP. I started this last week and I must say although it's time consuming for one day it's worth it for the week. I get healthy meal prep ideas from PINTEREST and it really helps to stay focused and not overeat. Make meals and set up in containers (portion control) freeze and they are ready!!! I usually take a Sunday or Monday to make my meals and then I have them for the week. I actually use about 9 containers so I overlap just in case I can't prepare in time.
This really helps and it's worth a try.

It is a great way to do this. When one has to put too much thinking about coking each day, one can get overwhelmed.

I couldn't agree more. Planning and prepping meals in advance is a great help to staying on a good eating plan. I grocery shop early Saturday morning and then do all cutting, counting, containering on Sunday, ready for the week. Makes lunches and dinners a breeze!0
