It's only been two weeks but feels like an eternity
I've been eating soooo well for 2 weeks straight. Avoiding additional carbs, no alcohol, healthy snacks staying within or under my calorie goal and going to the gym 5x a week. And now I'm frustrated. I feel like i should've losing faster but wow this is just slow and steady. I have a goal until March 17. When I go on vacation. Hoping to lose inches. How do you keep from getting so bored???
