No never. Reason: soda is just chemicals we all know this. I don’t want it in my body. HOWEVER I love the carbonated part so I drink la croix water it works for me.

9 miles at 6mph I wanted to get to 10 I thought I would die but I did it NON STOP.. I was so proud. Every day I try to get my 3.25 miles in. I'm good with that

More protein Stop eating the carbs.. they make you feel full initially then you're starving soon after. Drink more and trust me I have a really hard time drinking water so I get sparkling water and drink a lot of tea.

I can't be completely without carbs.. because I will go crazy. I miss pasta for sure. But I need to really cut most of the carbs out for now because I need the weight gone.. between that and cardio it works for me. I think I'm just bored of the same things. SAME HERE... glad to see this post.. I love Title boxing just joined a week ago. I was told 6-10 calories per minute. Not sure how to log it here. I'm doing a GUESS-timate.. at 500 calories. I'd rather come in lower and if more are burned GREAT!!!

I'm a 34DD and I hate bra shopping! I actually go into those boutique shops and get fitted. I've tried VS and Soma.. but if you can believe, I have actually found Gillian Omally bras at Target and I really like them and for the money you really can't beat it. If you want sexy.. then Yes I have quite a few from VS.

I love to go to the gym.. I do cardio everyday.. but then I do have the occasional "I need a break day" and that's ok. If I do not actually go to the gym. I will ride my bike, walk my dog, etc. I find ways to keep moving. I'm not a couch potato and never plan to be. If you enjoy working out. More power to you.

I have thought about trying this, however I have a family of four and I'm sure my kids will never eat what they send.. therefore I thought about ordering the meal for two, but then I'd be stuck making 2 dinners... HOW ARE THE PORTIONS?
