    About 10 km or so.

My sport is cycling, so I cycle much longer distances than that, but I like to get out for a hike now and then.

Outside in the great outdoors would be 24 kms with a quick stop to eat somewhere along the way. I do 12 to 15 kms regularly.

22 miles, which was a long distance training run for me. I was in the midst of training for a marathon, after having run multiple half-marathons over the years. I thought I had scaled up properly, but the 22 miles about did me in though. I had not planned properly for the difference between 18 miles (my previous long run) and 22 miles. I needed more refueling than I had planned for. I pretty much tanked by the time I hit 20 miles and the last 2 miles was a running/shuffle just to get home and collapse on my front lawn lol

I'm going to scale up for a marathon again, but wiser and better than I was before

15 miles. Training for a marathon, that when I had an injury. Considering another try this fall.

I did a 6 mile trail walk 2 weeks ago.

Prior to that 3 miles was my best.

The most I've walked/run is twenty miles. The most I've done on a bicycle is 75 miles.

    Purposefully, 25 miles.

I was young and just out of a 3 month stay in hospital after a compound fracture of my femur. It was my first time off crutches and I will swear that is why that leg has never bothered me 40+ years on.

I can stroll all day so no idea of the mileage.

Now a good 10km race is plenty.

    Cheers, h.

I walk a lot, not sure the furthest in one go, but I've hit 40,000 steps on my tracker a couple of times.

I often jog to get across the road before the crossing signal goes solid red.

I've run just over 4 continuous miles on the treadmill. Outside I am still doing intervals, or was before it got too hot for me to want to run outside.

15 miles sustained running. I have a marathon next month. I'm ok if I run and walk it. My goal is to complete.

The longest I have run is 9.5 miles. I am training for a half marathon- trying for 10 miles this morning. :)

I started with the C25K last year. I could barely puff my way through 30 seconds of running at week 1.

    Run - 13.1 miles.

Hiked - 25+ miles (no idea of the exact number - because I tend to take wrong turns and add extra miles)

A 10k/6.2 miles last month. I have completed several half marathons but my next 'agenda' item is to complete one without walking breaks.

18 miles while training for a full marathon, then got injured the following weekend at a 10k!!! (grrr)
I have since run 12 half-marathons (13.1) and trained to 14 for a few of them. Never did run a full after that injury! :-(

I did 40,000 steps one day (approx 18 miles?).... basically was walking/jogging all day. It was for a Fitbit challenge (yeah that was when Fitbit challenges were a novelty!).
I used to average 10 miles walk or run a day but my joints told me that was too much so now it average about 6 miles a day.

40km is the most, that was a one off. I regularly walk between 10-15km on a Sunday and I do a 30km charity walk once a year.
