Almost there!!!!

Been on this journey for 50 weeks so far. There have been good days and bad days but I stuck with it. I started at around 325lbs and now I'm 244. 5 months in this process after 70 lbs lost I did a Bod Pod to determine where to go from there. I was wearing 40 jeans and was still 39.5% body fat, lean body mass was 155 and 100lbs of body fat . So at that point I decided to join a gym. After lifting 4 days a week on average and using a tread climber for the last 7 months I am now 244 wearing 35 in jeans. My goal this 2nd year is to lose more pounds/inches and to get into 30 in jeans. I am going back March 2nd to do the Bod Pod again and re-calibrate my program to get to my goal size not really a specific weight just a size. I follow a mix of programs carb cycling and scheduled eating. It has slowly worked, as I get closer to the end I will give more update. After a year I figured it was time to share and help others.
