How do I go to community message boards from my phone?

I can only see the message boards via my laptop. I can't communicate on my phone or iPad.

    On my phone (Android), the "community" tab is pretty far down the list-- I have to scroll down fairly far to see it.

    Tap on the more button in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
