  • I suffer from PCOS as well, and while I'm not actively trying to get pregnant right now I am trying to be proactive so I won't have problems in the future. I've met with a nutritionist, and it seems that the main things to follow is limiting sodium, processed foods and sugars. Best of luck to you and your future little one…
