I literally wake up on the treadmill. Meaning I get up, change, drive to the gym and suddenly, by the time my body complains about getting up I am starting to run and there is no way back!

I've always been a fan of full fat everything... recently shifted to low fat milk and almost no cheese... but I definitely agree the full fat versions are MUCH better!!

I'm not completely vegetarian but my husband is, so no meat at home and in very limited quantities outside. Today is my first day. Hoping to loose 33 lbs. It seems like a whopping number right now. I already run (5k 4 times a week) and I am worried that this will hinder the weight loss, since most of the effort will have to come from cutting down calories. Anyone has good ideas??
