Does anyone else have a problem with eating late? I can stick to a diet ALLLL DAYYY LONNGGGG but when it gets to be about 7pm, after I have dieted and worked out all day, I get really weak and find something to eat. Good luck to you! This is my first day on here. I have GOT TO GET IN SHAPE!!! I am a constant snacker. I can eat a little all day long, constantly, and I am sick of it. I feel like I am only cheating myself if I don't record anything.
