What she said ^ I was also prediabetic a few years ago. You NEED to exercise. My doctor made that very clear. Exercise will give you more energy. I get up between 4-4:30 to run. You can make the time and you will feel a lot better.

It really kills bed bugs. DON"T BREATHE IT! That's why they use something to apply it with. It's dangerous to breathe the powder that gets in the air. If you use it on bugs put a mask over your face.

Don't worry about your friend. Forget her. You're young. If you drink a lot of water and work out while eating right your skin will tighten up.

My motivation is how much better I feel. I feel young! I can run a 5K with my granddaughter or grandson on my shoulders.
