  • Oh ya the cauliflower for rice I have heard and the greek yogurt, but the tofu noodles I'll have to try but what did you not like about it? I wonder if there is anything for bread... MY WEAKNESS!   • I was very shocked... I cant get to the recommended amount with me exercising. So I try to maintain a 1300-1500 calories. But it tells me about 2000 on average.
  • Grab some chocolate protein shake and skim milk it helps. They make those 100 calorie packs or 90 fiber one bars or sugar and fat free candy, but only do 1 (ONE) serving a day. Protein shakes you can do more of. Grab a magazine while you are in line or grab a banana to eat in the car instead.
