Have you checked into a childrens hospital? The one in my area has lots of teenagers and they love hats. A friend of mine works there. If you cant find a place let me know. Also some local church's do things for the homeless too.

I had to increase my food intake bc who knew I was starving myself with me being over weight but me. I cant live without food but so long but I was under 900 calories a day for sure. Now I work hard to stay under 1500 or so calories but I take a lot of time to think about it and what I eat to make sure I eat enough still.…

I try to stay around 1400-1600 but feel free. I once had a hard time getting up to 1200

Thank you! I gained 90 lbs while I was pregnant but I worked outside the whole time... Weird. I was always doing something. God bless you honey for having twins!!! But I bet having twice the smiles brings double the joy.

I am bad about over cooking meat add water about 1/2 up your chicken breast right as you are about to put it in the oven.

Ok... so I sit here crying but they said if they could say one thing is that "They are Blessed!" bc NOT everyone has a chance to carry/conceive, but they know the baby is God's gift first…

The hardest thing for me is understanding my hunger. But its been 2 weeks and I went from being an under eater to right where I need to be and its amazing how different you feel once you make some changes. I understand how you are feeling. But YOU will get addicted I promise.... I am. I like this more than fb...lol
