I have changed my eating habits, drink tons of water, and exercise as often as I can and have lost 15 lbs in 14 days. No joke! I was an under eater but now I consume about 1500 cal a day (healthy cal) and love this website and the supportive people who I have friend and who have friend me and for the people on here. Amazing! Waiting for my scale to slow down but still want about 2 more weeks of this kind of improvement! Thank you everyone!
