WARNING WOMEN TALK!!!!!
When I started to weigh myself it was in the morning for the first time, but last night I weighed myself for the first time since I have started (about 2 weeks ago) and wasn't expecting to see a change just maybe muscle. So it said I lost 5 lbs and I thought WONDERFUL! Well I weighed myself this morning and it actually said I lost 10 lbs.
So my question is this should I put 10 lbs or give myself a 5 lbs flexibility since my monthly visit is coming soon then if it says lets say 15 lbs loss in 2 weeks then record it after the month visit?
Thank you ladies!

I record my weight every Friday morning, no matter what it says. It'll give me an idea of how much I gain/lose during TOM. For example, last Friday (when I started) I was 217. This morning, I was already down to 214 (I didn't record/log it, though), so I know by this Friday when things are back to normal, I should see an even bigger loss. So from now on, I'll know that I "gain" 3-4 lbs every month, so to not get scared/discouraged.0
