I had a c section 2 1/2 yrs ago after 34 hours of labor to my beautiful daughter. But I have a overlapping belly pouch. I need ideas or ways of how you helped yourself with the extra skin. I just lost 15 lbs in 14 days and I am noticing my skin so trying to get a jump start on it. Thank you!

Unbelievable to me!
I have changed my eating habits, drink tons of water, and exercise as often as I can and have lost 15 lbs in 14 days. No joke! I was an under eater but now I consume about 1500 cal a day (healthy cal) and love this website and the supportive people who I have friend and who have friend me and for the people on here.…

Substitutes?
So there's cauliflower for potatoes, but I wonder what else is out there. I tried to google it but all it gave me was whole milk vs skim milk kind of things and that's not what I'm looking for. I also know there's sugar substitutes also but I know about that also. Does anyone know of what I am talking about?

I'm new on here and need to lose 50+ lbs
Has anyone had a hard time losing baby weight? I worked outside my whole pregnancy and still gained 90lbs. I have over 50 lbs to lose. Need some encouragement and some ideas on what worked for you. Thank you and here's to a healthier us!
