I had a c section 2 1/2 yrs ago after 34 hours of labor to my beautiful daughter. But I have a overlapping belly pouch. I need ideas or ways of how you helped yourself with the extra skin. I just lost 15 lbs in 14 days and I am noticing my skin so trying to get a jump start on it. Thank you!

Unfortunately, losing weight quickly makes the loose skin worse. I would focus on core exercises, weight training and if all else fails you have to decide if you would be willing to consider surgery, however, that is very painful and I would rather exaust all other means to a tighter tummy.
I had twins and had a C-section and didn't gain a ton of weight but it did take me a year to get my old tummy back.0 -
Thank you! I gained 90 lbs while I was pregnant but I worked outside the whole time... Weird. I was always doing something. God bless you honey for having twins!!! But I bet having twice the smiles brings double the joy.0
