Last summer I lost 20lbs. The majority of it was diet modification, very low carbs, lots of veggies and small frequent meals. The last 5-10ish pounds I worked off at the gym because I was impatient, just expect slower results.

I`m a cheerleader also and I find anything majorly carb filled in the morning weighs me down, especially with tumbling. I usually have a fruit smoothie which is super filling and a side of some toast or cereal, nothing huge.

I'm not usually hungry when I first wake up unless I didn't eat much the day before but I try to eat by 8/9ish because I eat 6 meals a day and it would throw off my schedule. I aim to eat at 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm and my body usually gets use to it.

Definitely the elliptical, it burns 2 sometimes 3 times as much as a treadmill for me.

I am on a 1200 calorie diet with 60 carbs, 53 fat, and 120 protein. I usually force myself into it in the morning after breakfast to get it over with but I much prefer exercising late, anywhere from 7-11pm. I just like knowing I get to relax and fall asleep in my bed and get a good nights rest right after.

I get this often. I think it has something to do wit my circulation so I usually shake my hands out a bit every 10 minutes or so.

I usually take it out of its plastic container, wash them, allow them to dry out (excess moisture will rot them faster) and place it in a sealed container (this method applies to things like raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries etc)

I enjoy working out with my bestfriend but I find usually we end up slacking and just talking. Its waay more fun and competitive but I have to be really willing to push myself when I'm with her. Stuff like at the gym is no problem but when were running (/doing something I hate) it just gives me an excuse to slack.

I count the majority. If I'm having a burger and a slap a tomato or a pickle on I don't really bother but as a snack/meal definitley, calories are calories.

Dust a little baby powder in your roots, my sister does it and it makes all the difference. Try to stay away from greasy foods as well.
