5'8 between 130 and 140. Once I get to that range (16 lbs more or so) I will see how I feel and go from there.

yes. After losing only about 7kg my blood work went to normal. No elevated cholesterol or sugar, no high blood pressure. I was a pre diabetic and now I am in healthy BMI range as well.

I picked my lowest weight as a 20 something year old and added 5kg which would put me at 63kg. I am 5'8. Based on this I have 10kg to go however I will see how I feel at 67kg and decide from there.

I would look up clean eating recipes and eliminate the ingredients she can't have and replace with others. Can she have goat cheese, goat milk, goat yoghurt? as that is not diary. I eat chocolate but it has to be the 85% cacao and organic.

for my health and wellbeing, friends, family, my life and of course my 2 dogs that get me out of bed every single day when I am down ( I have to walk them, no choice)

I would take it to a local vet. It might be microchipped and the right owners found. Vets usually have a great chance of adopting an animal out. RSPCA in Australia puts down animals on weekly basis. Some rescue societies don't. Speak to your local vet or google for rescue societies, sanctuaries etc in your local area.

I have 2 dogs, trained and behaved and they will never go up to a dog on a leash or another person unless invited. Other dogs off leash in the leash free area are ok to go up to. That's just their training.…

Well, I now lock my main bedroom door and bathroom from the inside for the night (they are connected through my walk-in closet) not because of your story but because one morning I found the vent/door to the attic open (I have never opened it) and because I went away for a couple of days last week and I came back to the…

I would have just said " I don't speak English" in some foreign accent. This usually limits the conversation or completely freak out on purpose when being touched by making some odd gestures. Poke her and say no no . Haha
