what exercises to do after some stiches?
hi, I have about 8 stitches on my stomach from a mole removal. I asked the gp about physical activity as I wanted to go to skiing this weekend but she looked horrified and said no. Any ideas of what I can do aside from some light walking for at least a week. I figure I could ski but don't want to rip the stitches if…
