  • I apologize that you all feel that way. I am the moderator and I know I failed at that job. I am human and have had a rough patch in my life where I was not able or willing to care about MFP. I assure you that this would be a good gathering place if we all work together instead of the negativity. You can post questions and…
  • Thank you for your support! I sure hope all is going well with you all. I took a sabbatical from MFP and regret every minute of it! Don't give up trying and find all the support you can. We can do this if we stick together!
  • I have about the same situation but I've got much farther to go! I wish you well on your journey.
  • Wow! You look great! Congrats.
  • What about food? You can only stock pile so much and then when you run out -- which you will, you won't be able to get back down to scavenge for more. You can come and live in the prison I'm going to take over when the zombie apocalypse happens. Hasn't anyone read or watched THE WALKING DEAD!

  • I wish you luck! Not everyone is the same and what works for one will not work for others so find what works for you and work it!
  • Very impressed! I hope some day I can post pics like that!
  • Hi Becky! I know exactly what you are going through. When I was diagnosed in 2002 the information on PCOS was limited and my doctor didn't really give me any hope. But I have found a new doctor and friends who are their to support me. I know you fear not having a child but you will get through this. Keeping the weigh off…
  • I was checked for thyroid isses and was advised that I didn't have any but that if I didn't lose the weight it could develop.
  • Thanks Y'all!
  • Yes it is manageable but it will be hard for the first couple of weeks or even months! Found low or no calorie foods -- like PICKLES (Dill, kosher!) to cut the hunger but not eat calories! DRINK LOTS OF WATER. I know You can do it! I am going through a similar situation! So, if you ever need support feel free to contact…
