I use a camelbak water bottle and find that I drink more water now. Something about a straw to me makes the water taste better :)

Next time your looking to get new bra's try Dillard's. I wear a 44G and they had my size...I think I paid around $22 for the Cabernet brand and $68 for the Le Mystere "Tisha" bra.

Another natural checking in! I can't imagine having to deal with relaxed hair and trying to work out everyday. As some others have recommended try getting a sew-in or some braids. You can also try incorporating some head bands to cover up your edges at work. HTH!

I've been having a hard time getting all my water down so I tried the crystal light packets. 1 a day at lunch or dinner to get down an extra 16oz. I like the Green Tea Peach Mango.

I don't think your being sensitive at all. The fact that after you told her to stop and she kept on lets me know that she cares nothing about your feelings, and there maybe some jealousy issues. That's not the type of person you want to have a relationship with. I say chuck the deuces at her and leave it at a hi and bye…

I wear a *cough*G*cough* and I use a really cheap one and it sorta does the job. I saw a really good one by champion but of course not in my size...they offered it in different categories eg. High impact, medium impact and so on. You can try googling it!

I felt the same way...but once you start dancing all that nervousness fades away! If you can take a buddy with you... then you guys can LOL together when you mess up! Thats what I did and we had a blast! She fell off but Im still going strong!
