Tuesday -- well I am getting back on the water wagon. I've been doing mediocre at best on my water intake this past week. So I am renewing the goal to get at least my 8 glasses in everyday this week.

This is all over my office. We're a family founded business that is full of people that work hard, stress hard and love their food. So when goodies are in the office well, yeah... its the HARDEST thing to politely say "no thank you" and then get the whole "oh that's right, she's being healthy". Way to be supportive. I do…

Monday - well... it's a better than average Monday. Although this not sleeping soundly thing due to the unusually warm November weather is kinda making for dark circles under the eyes. But besides a lack of sleep I got through a weekend full of calories without a lot of guilt. I made better decisions for myself than I…

I also agree with gsmithnp about facing things - even if…

I did not know this! My doctor never has said anything about foods that don't work well with thyroid meds. Personally, I am a big fan of the Coconut and Almond milks over Soy.

I seriously am loving using Raw Blue Agave Nectar. It has a sweet taste that is unique but very palatable with various drinks. I use it in my hot tea all the time. :drinker:

This is exactly the snack I ate when I first lost 60 lbs. It's yummy and now there are lower calorie sweet Kettle corn options out there - think mini-bags!
