I hear you on this. The weekends are killer for me too, I just want to be home and vegetate, but that doesn't get me closer to goal (which I must have to learn this lesson a few more times over before it sticks). I know for me logging over the weekend is hardest of all. So making sure I do that and reviewing it helps me plan possible surprises like roommates wanting pizza for dinner or other goodies. I ended up making these over this past weekend, but I used almond butter instead of peanut butter. It is pretty sweet but the biggest thing I found is that they don't hold up their "bar" form, they are a bit gooey?? It might be the natural almond butter's oils so maybe cutting back on that to about 3/4 a cup would work, or…

Tuesday... Well I did it. I got up and did my 10 minute walking video this morning even after sleeping in for half an hour. This is the plan for this afternoon as well - to go home and do the video again tonight so I get 20 minutes of walking in today. Tomorrow is bowling. Rinse and repeat this walk at LEAST three more…

Auto setting is set to 70 max level but won't kick on unless the house gets cooler than 55. Which lately has only happened during the night.

Monday... I was all set to get up early today and start a new routine but the snooze button was so tempting, and my dreams were pleasant, and so I didn't get up early as planned. Wednesday wish - that I will get through the holidays without feeling lonely for a significant other. I'm not the only friend/family I know that is single, but I am one of the oldest and yet another holiday flying solo isn't the greatest feeling.

Friday - as I will be gone doing things most of the weekend that are not really food centered I think staying within my calories will be easy. Its the getting active that may be more challenging. I wonder if window shopping is considered casual walking?... :wink:

Thursday - Well, my activity so far this week has been cleaning with my new vacuum. Not ideal, but its a little bit of something that makes me more mentally sound.
