Our local library has lots of fitness DVDs that don't require special equipment, like the 30 day shred, if nothing else you can borrow it, make notes of all the exercises and take it back. Free, Professional, Legal, Convenient, did I mention Free :smile:

The problem I have with the bike is currently it is burning about 200 and some calories in 30 minutes, the treadmill gets me all sweaty and I burn 500. I can't see a way to get sweatier on the bike :smile:

We were hungry yesterday right before we went to bed, a handful of baby carrots fixed that by being healthy, filling and I think all that mastication (I've always wanted to use that word in a sentence) hit the spot

Its not a long way from Frederick, but you can do Hershey for the Rollercoasters and Spas and the outlets are at Lancaster about 25 minutes away. Since that is an easy trip you need to go bigger on the goal trip :bigsmile:

80% is closer than the machines, My treadmill says I burned 180 calories, MFP said 282, the heart rate monitor, 557!

An egg is an Egg, usually in at 68 calories for large, I think I saw 55 for a medium egg. I've been struggling with the "cooked" ingredients because they add to many things I don't so go with the raw ingredients and if you fry it, add a few calories, but not that many.

I'm not a fitness pro but I think if I had to listen to Jillian more than once a day it would damage my sanity. :laugh: Can't see it hurting though I prefer to use the treadmill or exercise bike as the other work out, just for change.
