I get headaches from dehydration and from low blood sugar. Yes, the caffeine will do it too. Had a guy in the office cut down from about 4 pots a coffee a day to cold turkey. Pringles, if they are in the house they need to be at the back if the cupboard at the other end of the house. I get out 8, put them in a bowl, put the tube back in the cupboard, walk to the other end of the house and sit down before eating them, otherwise I would eat the whole tube. Laziness has to overcome munchiness

We are making scotch eggs today too, which are 360 calories a go and high protein, we won't get started on those. I think I will take half a scotch egg a day as snacks for work this week :)

No idea about the weight, the package (and MFPs translation) list it by the slice, I'm certainly not going to add any more fat I'm just curious about taking it away. So go have a bacon sandwich, fry it up, drain all the fat so it is even less calories than they say and it will taste gooooooooooooooooooood :smile:

I know, but this morning's breakfast weighs in at 459 calories (with a fair amount of salt from the bacon) vs. a Panera bread Asiago cheese Bagel at 330 calories which would have butter on it too. Always use a condiment! (Sorry had to put that in for the title) I go with the close is close enough when I find something on the list, if you are worried about 50-100 calories on the day is making a difference, take a quick jog to work it off, but hopefully it won't be that close.

Why were you there, I am far more active on vacation than I ever am at home. At home I have to drive to the store, in Europe its a quick stroll down the street, makes a big difference.

Yes, I do, lots of people do, there was a big thread about it when I started it, but mentioning sex is against the Terms and conditions so the post got deleted, hopefully yours will last. :smile: The general conclusion was if it makes you sweat it was worth posting, that applies to any physical activity not just sex.

Maybe he is tired of trying, my wife lost interest, I got tired of always being he one to have to start anything, so like her I just didn't bother. It'll take more than a just "hey honey I'm thinner" to get him back on. Be Pro-active :)
