  • I use tea tree oil cleansing pads in a pinch, it's nice because you can keep it in your purse or gym bag for right after your workout, I started using them when I got out of work (I cook/fry so grease is EVERYWHERE) Then at night I use organic face wash recommended for my skin type :)
  • Protein shake! I drink Full Fit Bar Vanilla Dream Shakes after my workouts, sometimes I'll add frozen fruit and blend it all together for a delicious protein rich snack. The shake is 120 calories I believe, with 3/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup strawberries it comes to about 175 calories :)
  • Thank you everyone, I have a stationary bike but I hate it...I guess I'll just have to get over that. Pool aerobics has always sounded interesting to me, maybe this will be my push to actually start it! Thanks again! Emily

  • Room temp but not hot, ice hurts my teeth too..If I get water at a restaurant I need a straw so it doesn't hurt haha. I drink between 100-150 oz a day.
