I havne't had any alcohol in 8 weeks or ice cream. I miss them but I was determined to reach a goal by my vacation next week, (which I did) so I will splurge a little then. :-)

Drink a large glass of water before you eat. This way you will get full quicker. Like everyone said, salads, veggies, grilled meats....

One day at a time. Don't focus on tomorrow, because tomorrow's never come. Wake up each morning and tell yourself that you are going to do the very best that you can do TODAY! I love slicing them and tomatos and putting some Balsamic Vinegar Dressing (in the gluten free section of the store there is one brand that has 0 calories, 0 carbs... 0 everything). Eat it cold and it is very good.
