I work from home so I have no excuses LOL. I ***** about preparing meals from home and yet you guys struggling to get into the habits of preparing them and carrying them. I have nothing to say but for the most part I actually prepare my meals as if I were going to pack em.

Just got back from the offices and there are the ingredients. 1. Antibacterial soap 2. Strawberry flavored clorox with 3 percent windex 3. of course, drywall ingredients 4. 1/100 of a spray of wd40 is found in all sprinkles combined. 5. the box for strawberry is made from recycled toilet paper.

I tried to make repairs using pop tarts and everything went well up unit someone broke into my house and used a blow drier to toast the wall before they ate the whole thing. Probably would be a bad idea.

Also try strawberry and banana optimum protein. The key to use as minimal water as possible when you mix it into a scoop. I use a blender to make sure it mixes well.

Well, whey based protein doesn't take great with water because its derived from milk. Look for carnivore chocolate from muscle meds. Best tasting chocolate protein but based off beef. Don't get any flavor but chocolate because they taste like crap.

I was under the assumption that they can be purchased in home depot or a hardware store but they actually have them readily available for human consumption.

For people who are active and sweat a lot actually need to make sure that they are eating a decent amount of sodium. Chris Davey once recommended me to do cardio with a salt shaker strapped to my belt lol.

I personally would not eat either of those meals. I normally have a cup of oatmeal 1 serving of peanut butter and 1 serving of whey. Sometimes I may have half a cup of oatmeal and 12 ounces of beef. If your goal is to lose weight mainly you will have to be at least 500-1000 calories below your maintenance goal.

I also recovered fully from rotator cuff injury from simply working out. I need to get it checked soon again to see how it is doing. Scar tissue seems to be an issue I'm sure as I move it and feel the weird "Scraping feel at times".
